Technology

When more than 50 cm read/write range is needed ( LF or HF RFID technology becomes inpractical) Scirocco has the solution.

With two technologies, UHF and IR, use the tables on the right to choose the right one for you.

If readers are many and tags are relatively few, IR may be the optimal choise because of the low reader cost. On the other hand, if tags are expected to pass at very high speed, UHF may be a better alternative, thanks to its powerful performance in this aspect.

For details, go to the technology link and further on to the product documentation. In addition to the downloadable data, Scirocco offers a complete set of manuals, software and application details – contact us to learn more.
